Food Vendor Permits
The Fiscal Office also assists with food vendor permits for vendors operating within the Village of West Farmington. A $10.00 food vendor permit is required for food vendors who do not fall under Cottage Food Law.

The food vendor permit requirement was established by
Resolution 37-2025, upon a motion by Councilman James
Mooney and seconded by Councilman Nick Malone.
